SWIB names Chandler to lead private markets, funds alpha efforts

The State of Wisconsin Investment Board has named Sara Chandler as head of Private Markets and Funds Alpha. Chandler, who already serves as SWIB's chief of staff and strategy, had been serving in the role on an interim basis.
